From an idea of the founder Ivaldo Nicolai, the Bar Da Ivaldo was born, a small family-run kiosk, ready to offer a warm welcome to its first customers, soon becoming a point of reference for everyone on the lakeside of Montefiascone.

The Bar expands for the first time. The wood-fired oven is installed. This is how our Margherita a portafoglio pizza is born: a pizza folded in half and served wrapped in a double sheet of paper.

The menu expands. The classic supplì are born, which are still prepared by hand according to our recipe and our baked “Crostini”.
